Who can apply for the Italian Investor Visa?

Any non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizen with sufficient financial means to meet the program’s investment criteria can apply.

However, Russians and citizens of Belarus are NOT presently allowed to apply (accurate as of 28 December 2024).
